We are a wellness and fitness training organization. Our goals are to educate, motivate and support through specific exercises, working with the mental, physical and emotional planes of a person, supporting mind-to-body connection.Our fitness training strengthens the body, with a focus on correct technique helping to reduce pain trigger points through specially designed exercises and increasing flexibility with low impact exercises.

We work to individual capabilities and fitness levels delivering optimum results. This applies to regular fitness goer’s or to the fittest of people, youth, elderly or people healing from injuries.

We train online or in-person and run 90 minute interactive workshops for corporates, training and guiding staff on how to look after their mental and physical health.

We offer advanced sports & remedial massage and support good health through various educational materials online. 

We deliver on commitment, consistency and optimum results.
